Blogging continues to explode on the Internet! While blogging a few years ago was simply a means of typing an online diary on the Internet, now it’s a proven way to create an automated income stream. Earning profits from a blog doesn’t have to be difficult, as long you follow a proven system. Here’s a 5-step system to get you on the road to explosive blogging profits:

Step #1: Create your blog at blogging platforms such as Blogger.com and Wordpress.com Note: While Wordpress.com offers more customization options, Blogger is the easier of the two to use.

Step #2: Get a quality template for your blog. Just search for ‘blog templates’, ‘Blogger templates’ or ‘Wordpress templates’ and Google and you will find what you need. Templates are often free and you can very good designs from some websites.

Step #3: Sign up for Google Adsense. Adsense is an advertising program where you insert some code on your blog or website and ads appear on your site. When people click on these ads you earn money.

Step #4: Sign up for a few affiliate programs that are relevant to your niche. Affiliate programs are programs where you get paid commissions for sales you make. The power in this concept is that you don’t have to create a product; simply plug in your affiliate link to recommend the product.

Step #5: Start generating content for your blog! You can either write this yourself, use articles from article directories, or outsource your content to freelancers from websites like Guru.com and Freelance.com. Remember to keep your content helpful and informative.

Step #6: Promote your blog. This is where your profits start rolling in! Advertise your blog at forums, use pay per click advertising, write articles or use social marketing.
