Intermediate Tips for Advance in Ebay and Auctions
Advancement in the online auction market is becoming more competitive every day. It’s more difficult largely due to the numbers of people becoming involved, but there is a lot of attrition as well–it’s a difficult business but pays of for those who stick with it. Here are some intermediate tips for the best Ebay and auctions sales.
Try Followups
Once you have made a sale, send an email a few weeks after the customer has received your package. Do this even if you have gotten good feedback from the customer. Say something like, “Just making sure you are still happy with your purple garden spade and to see if there is anything else garden-related that I could help you find.†You would be surprised how many people will tell you they need more stuff that you can sell them.
Always Give Customer Feedback
Feedback goes two ways, and you should make sure you give timely feedback on customers. Reserve bad feedback for the truly horrid experiences, but most people should get as good feedback as you can give. The best Ebay and auctions repeat sales begin and end with communication.
Always Give Timely Refunds/Returns
If your customer is unhappy, make him or her happy again. This is often a worry for anyone who doesn’t know who they are doing business with, so build a good rapport by making returns and refunds on time and you will be providing some of the best Ebay and auctions service on the internet.
