If you want others to link to you, then you must know about them and link to them also. In return, they will notice you and link back to you in most cases. You should always drop by someone blogs in your niche and drop them a comment on their post, which will get them to notice you. Be sure to actively interact with your fellow bloggers all the time by commenting or leaving them a message.
